'கந்தா' படத்தில் முதன்முதலாக நடித்தார் மித்ரா.அடுத்ததாக 'சூரியன் சட்டக்கல்லூரி' படத்தில் நடித்தார்.இந்த படம் தான் முதலில் வெளிவந்தது.இதற்குபிறகு 'காவலன்' படத்தில் இரண்டாவது நாயகியாக நடித்தார்.அதில் தன பெயரை மித்ராகுரியன் என்று மாற்றினார்.இதுதான் தன முதல் படம் என்று சொல்லிவருகிறார்.இப்போது 'கந்தா' படம் வெளிவருகிறது.மித்ராவுக்கு எந்த வாய்ப்புகளும் வரவில்லை.என்ன காரணம் என்று விசாரித்தால் அம்மணி சம்பளம் அதிகம் கேட்பதாகவும்,ஓவர் பந்தா பண்ணுவதாகவும் சொல்லப்படுகிறது.
